3.2 Jurisdictional Responsibility. 3.3 One Account Per Person. Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on the raj123 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under the same identity or different identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.

3.5 Account Security. Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. raj123 accepts no liability for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from a Player's failure to adequately secure their credentials. Any suspected unauthorised access must be reported to raj123 support immediately.
4.1 Players must not allow any third party to access or use their raj123 Account. Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable.
4.2 raj123 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account, withhold any Balance, and void any outstanding Wagers where it has reasonable grounds to believe a Player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or used the platform in a manner that is harmful to raj123, other players, or third parties.
4.3 Inactive accounts — those with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months — may be subject to a monthly dormancy administration fee in accordance with the fee schedule published on the platform. Players will be notified prior to any dormancy fee being applied.
5.1 Deposits. raj123 accepts deposits denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the supported payment methods listed on the platform, which include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah, subject to availability. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the point of transaction and may vary by payment method and player tier.
5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed by raj123 within 1–3 business days, subject to completion of KYC verification. raj123 reserves the right to request identity documentation prior to processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests submitted by Players who have not completed KYC will be placed on hold until verification is complete.
5.3 Currency. All Accounts are maintained in PKR. raj123 does not apply hidden currency conversion fees to PKR transactions. Players using payment methods that involve currency conversion on the payment provider's side should review the relevant provider's fee schedule independently.
5.4 Fraud Prevention. raj123 employs automated and manual fraud detection on all financial transactions. Unusual deposit or withdrawal patterns may trigger additional verification requirements. In cases where fraud is confirmed, funds may be withheld and the matter referred to relevant authorities.
6.1 All bonuses and promotional offers made available through raj123 are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, time limits, and game contribution rates. The specific terms of each offer are published alongside the offer and form part of these Terms by reference.
6.2 raj123 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to any commitments already made to Players who have opted into a qualifying offer.
6.3 Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account may not be withdrawn directly. Bonus Funds must satisfy the applicable wagering requirement before any portion becomes eligible for withdrawal as real money. Wagering requirements are calculated on Bonus Funds only unless otherwise stated.
6.4 raj123 reserves the right to reclaim Bonus Funds and void any associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has abused the bonus system, engaged in collusive play, or exploited a technical error in the platform's bonus crediting mechanism.

7.2 raj123 utilises certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live casino games. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game equipment streamed in real time from regulated studios. raj123 does not manipulate game outcomes.
7.3 In the event of a technical fault, network disruption, or software error that affects the outcome of a game or bet, raj123 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the staked amount to the Player's Balance. raj123 is not liable for losses resulting from technical disruptions beyond its control.
7.4 Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface and may be adjusted for VIP players at raj123's discretion.
8.1 raj123 is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling. The platform provides Players with access to the following responsible gaming tools directly from their Account dashboard: deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and full self-exclusion.
8.2 Players who activate self-exclusion will have their Account suspended for the chosen duration. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the elected period expires. During self-exclusion, all marketing communications from raj123 to the affected Player will be ceased.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the raj123 platform. Breach of any of the following will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and may result in referral to law enforcement:
10.1 All content on the raj123 platform — including but not limited to software, game content, text, graphics, logos, and interface design — is the intellectual property of raj123 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property law.
10.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. No Player may copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any raj123 content without prior written authorisation.
11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, raj123 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical faults, service interruptions, or third-party payment delays.
11.2 raj123's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with their Account shall not exceed the PKR balance held in that Account at the time the liability arises.
11.3 raj123 makes no warranty that the platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary service unavailability.
raj123 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on record at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your Account and withdraw any Balance before the effective date.
13.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming law as determined by raj123's licensing jurisdiction. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or your use of the raj123 platform shall be referred first to the raj123 internal dispute resolution process.
